Some clients prefer to keep their documents on-site and/or scan documents themselves. DDC Scanning Services offers On-site Scanning to facilitate this. After scanning, the files can be transferred using secure internet connections and can be processed further by using the data entry capacity and advanced text recognition technologies of DDC Scanning Services.

DDC Scanning Services can supply and maintain production scanners for all volumes at competitive rates. These services are offered in association with Avnet, a worldwide leader in scanning solutions.

The Dutch government stimulates business innovation. Digital archive projects are supported by government grants, e.g. in case of historically and culturally significant archives. DDC Scanning Services can help clients explore the possibilities to apply for such grants.

This service is offered in partnership with RTE Consultancy, an organization that supports small and medium-sized enterprises in setting up innovation projects and applying for grant funding.
